Yasemin Ülgen

Organizing Committee

Yasemin Ülgen focuses her research and curatorial practice on the intersections of political ecology, art, and community. Through individual projects and collaborations with various collectives, she explores possibilities for interdisciplinary convergence, co-production, and solidarity within exhibitions and public programs.

She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and Methodology from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management from Yeditepe University.

In addition to her independent work, she has contributed to the curatorial and exhibition departments of the Elgiz Museum, Istanbul Modern, and Pera Museum, and has coordinated domestic and international programming at SAHA Association.

She currently serves as the Director of Exhibitions and Public Programs at Hara. She is also a founding member of the birbuçuk and ANATOPIA collectives.
