Deniz Bozok

Deniz Bozok, a botanical illustrator with a fondness for the the analytical aspect.

She combines botanical illustration that she learned at Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanical Garden, with her Industrial Product Design education at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts and a strong interest in plants from her childhood, and enjoys drawing works that emphasize the botanical and morphological characteristics of plants. She works as an artists for the Illustrated Flora of Turkey Project and is one of the founders of the Botanical Art Committee (BIRET) under the Flora Research Association. As the Türkiye Representative of Botanical Art Worldwide, she has taken part in the organization of the Anatolian Plant Heritage Exhibition at Salt Beyoğlu.
